Daily-Jeff.com Metallurg Vanadium signs contract with local firm for part of $30M expansion

Metallurg Vanadium Corporation (METVAN) and Davis Architectural Group (DAG) have entered into a contract to design and manage construction of a state of the art $7.5 million raw material storage building. This project is part of METVAN's $30 million expansion plan which will increase vanadium production capacity at its Cambridge plant by 25 percent by 2010. The expansion will improve METVAN's global competitive advantage, while maintaining its commitment to the Cambridge/Guernsey County area.
